Understanding Emberhop pricing and plan limits
Emberhop pricing is based on how many documents you want to keep active at once and whether you need features like the lead gate and team seats. There are four plans, and every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial so you can try the full feature set before you are charged anything.
Free plan

- Active documents: 3
- Lead gate: Not included
- Analytics: Included (views and basic engagement)
- Team seats: 1 (solo)
- Credit card required: No
The Free plan is a good starting point if you want to try Emberhop on a real project. You can embed up to three documents, see analytics, and test the viewer on your site. The lead gate feature is only available on paid plans.
Essential plan
- Price: 19 EUR per month
- Active documents: 15
- Lead gate: Included, 50 leads per calendar month
- Analytics: Full analytics including referrer breakdown and per-document leads
- Team seats: Up to 5
- Free trial: 7 days, no credit card required to start
Pro plan
- Price: 49 EUR per month
- Active documents: Unlimited
- Lead gate: Included, unlimited leads
- Analytics: Full analytics
- Team seats: Up to 10
- Free trial: 7 days, no credit card required to start
Business plan
- Price: 149 EUR per month
- Active documents: Unlimited
- Lead gate: Included, unlimited leads
- Analytics: Full analytics
- Team seats: 10 (included) with ability to invite additional members
- White-label embed: Remove the Emberhop branding from the viewer footer
- Dedicated support: Priority email support with faster response times
All prices are in EUR and are charged monthly. There are no annual contract options at this time. You can cancel your subscription at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
The 7-day free trial
When you sign up for Essential or Pro, you get 7 days of full access to all plan features before your first charge. During the trial period, the lead gate works, analytics track, and you can invite team members. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you decide not to continue, simply do not add a payment method and your account will automatically revert to the Free plan when the trial ends.
Billing cycle
Billing is monthly. Your first charge happens at the end of the 7-day trial period. After that, you are billed on the same date each month. If you upgrade from Essential to Pro mid-month, you are charged the prorated difference for the remaining days of the current billing period immediately, then the full Pro amount from the next billing date.
