Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is free forever with no card required. Add payment details only when you decide to subscribe.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my analytics data if I downgrade?
Your data is preserved. If you downgrade from a plan with unlimited retention to the Free plan (30-day retention), data older than 30 days becomes inaccessible but is not deleted. Upgrade again to regain access.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Mollie. Bank transfers are available for annual Business plans. Contact us to arrange.
Is the 50 lead limit on Essential per document or per account?
Per account. The 50 leads/month cap applies across all documents in your workspace. Once you reach the limit, the lead gate still shows but leads are not recorded until the next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or startups?
Yes. Reach out via the chat or email on the contact page. We evaluate requests case by case.
What does white-label mean on the Business plan?
The embed viewer shows your brand name and logo instead of Emberhop's. The "Powered by Emberhop" badge is hidden and you can use a custom colour theme to match your own brand.
